  Today is a nostalgic Wordless Wednesday. This was me in 2nd grade! I was a page in a Mardi Gras parade with 4 of my cousins. This photo was taken at the annual ball where the court is presented.

I Heart Faces – Photojournalism

Here in New Orleans the Jazz and Heritage Festival is a must attend event. This year, following the debut of HBO’s Treme’, the Mardi Gras Indians were very popular.  This was one of my favorite shots of their beautiful costumes.
